Collaborated with a team to develop this large-scale University Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Management Portal, where I made extensive contributions to its core infrastructure and frontend architecture. The platform seamlessly interlocks a dynamic public-facing collegiate website with complex backend workflows, successfully digitizing the entire student lifecycle.
Digitized Workflows
Functionality spans across advanced lead and inquiry management, online admissions, centralized document handling, academic progress tracking, library administration, and a robust examination and grading portal.
Database Optimization
Architecturally, we utilized a modular procedural approach with core PHP, optimizing intricate database aggregations across an extensive MySQL architecture holding heavy relationship datasets.
Technical Challenges
We tackled complex technical challenges including role-based access control for diverse staff endpoints, secure document uploads with raw file parsing, seamless UI synchronization across various portals, and optimizing the application to handle high traffic and immense data queries smoothly.
